Executive Vice President

Lee Noriega is an acclaimed technology leader with over 30 years of extensive security and network engineering, project implementation, sales and solutions engineering, professional services, and customer engagement experience. He has led and managed engineering, support, and customer service teams, and software development and project management organizations, both nationally and internationally to exceed revenue, profit goals, and customer satisfaction ratings. As the Vice President of Operations at Oxford Solutions, Mr. Noriega’s team is directly responsible for all operational aspects including material management, order management, customer delivery services, and vendor relations as well as accurate accounting of all business requests, enhancements requests, production defects, implementation schedules and invoicing.

Prior to Oxford Solutions, Mr. Noriega served as the Chief Operating Officer of Intrench Technologies, a national company that provided Cyber Security solutions to a diverse group of clients world-wide where he provided strategic direction to the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors to define and establish sales targets, product and service portfolios, strategic partnerships, market strategies, and brand recognition.

Mr. Noriega held various executive positions at Nortel Networks, his last being Vice President of Professional Services where he was responsible for the US, Central America/Latin America, Asia Pacific, and India.

Lee Noriega retired from the United States Navy in 1995 as a Network Security Officer where he was responsible for the management, budget, and supervision of 3 production support divisions with over 200 personnel that provided data and security services as well as electronic intelligence gathering. Through ingenious planning and foresight, he was responsible for an extensive and comprehensive intelligence report on the state of the U.S. Navy’s network security for COMNAVSURFLANT which earned him a Navy Commendations Medal.
