Troy Wachter brings over 20 years’ of experience driving technology and business operations, strategic business initiatives, sales and customer focused service delivery.

Prior to joining Oxford Solutions, Troy was the VP of Operations at EtQ where he was responsible for leading 200+ team members globally.  This included managing all the key components of a technical business, including internal IT and cloud services, professional services, call center operations and technical support, custom and standard development, onshore and offshore teams, and on premise and hosted (SaaS) delivery. Troy interacted regularly with some of the world’s largest companies to deliver solutions that improved the quality of their products and the safety of their processes.

Prior to joining EtQ, he was responsible for the planning and deployment of enterprise technology at Henry Schein, Inc.  Troy successfully aligned with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that resolved business and customer needs, while reducing operational overhead and increasing system availability and performance.  He has a strong focus on IT service management, continuous improvement and quality of service to every customer.  Troy was promoted to lead the Information Technology Solutions business for Henry Schein, Inc.   His success in improving operational efficiencies, strengthening the product line and driving growth, both internally as well as through M&A activities, ultimately led to what is known today as Henry Schein Tech Central, a full service technology provider to the healthcare market.  Prior to his tenure at Henry Schein, Troy held a variety of senior technology positions at Philip Morris Management Corporation and IMS Health.

Troy Wachter holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the Pace University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance from Dowling College.
